Boxing is a martial art and combat sport in which two people engage in a contest of
strength, reflexes, and endurance by throwing punches at an opponent with the goal of
a knockout with gloved hands.
What is an average Class Like?
Boxing class is an hour long and starts with a 20 minute warm up and stretching. Following the warm up is some conditioning that includes ab work. Varying from day to day the rest of the class will consist of different technique training for striking,movement and sparring. Sparring is not mandatory but strongly suggested, how else can you put your training to the test?
* Gloves, hand wraps, mouth piece, cup and jump rope are needed for this class.
